Please find the navigation buttons in upper left corner and follow the steps given below.
Create "User Account".
Await confirmation link via email and login with your personal user name and password.
Detailed information about the accomodations in "Hotels".
Click on "Registration".
Choose your preferred option (Main Conference or/and Winterschool) and add it to the cart. Please mind the deadline December 23, 2009.
Indicate the required information and the preferred payment option (online via credit card or payment by invoice).
Complete your order. (By submitting your order you accept the Terms & conditions.)
You will get an order confirmation via email.
Please note that after the registration and order process you will receive the invoice via email (this could take a couple of days - will be sent by the finance department of the university!!!). If you have chosen payment via invoice, please use the necessary bank data given on the bottom of the invoice for the bank transfer. Please make sure to use the IBAN and BIC codes to avoid bank fees from within the EC. From outside the EC, please make sure to transfer the amount without costs for the beneficary.
Accommodation:
Accomodations are not included in the conference fees. This site is for prebooking only! The hotel fees should be paid directly at the hotel.
